We offer appointments in person in our Perth office, over the phone or through Teams/Zoom video conferencing.

All appointments include:

  • a meeting with your chosen financial adviser,
  • a comprehensive write up of the adviser’s notes from the meeting (which are peer reviewed by another adviser) emailed to you and
  • the opportunity to ask follow up questions through phone or email after receipt of those notes.

Some clients may also need a formal document, called a Statement of Advice (SOA) to be produced, this is not included as part of a standard appointment.  This is optional and is only needed if you want personal advice and for us to make recommendations to you. The fee for an SOA can be quoted at the conclusion of the meeting.

Fees

We offer clients the option to choose between an hourly rate fee structure (where the ultimate cost depends on time spent) or for certainty of the final fee we also offer fixed fee appointments.  We usually suggest clients book a fixed fee appointment for their initial appointment unless they believe their situation is very simple or they only wish to discuss one issue. Please note we do not offer free initial appointments.
